Peter KC Foo, the driving force behind CKSY Management Specialist, has a distinguished background in International Business Management, Branding, and Marketing. His journey to entrepreneurship was paved by extensive experience in various corporate environments, from local companies to multinational corporations (MNCs). This diverse exposure fortified his confidence and led him to design a unique business model as a part-time business consultant.
The idea of venturing into business consulting stemmed from Peter’s keen observation of the struggles faced by business entrepreneurs and employees. He recognized that a lack of leadership, humanistic approach, and team cooperation often hindered the realization of dreams. His own painful experiences working under poor management further ignited his passion to make a change. Viewing challenges from both an employee’s and an entrepreneur’s perspective, Peter gained invaluable insights that propelled him to establish CKSY Management Specialist. By 2012, he transitioned to a full-time corporate business consultant, driven by a strong determination and passion for helping others.
Peter named the company CKSY Management Specialist, with “CKSY” standing for “Collaboration is the Key to achieving Success and maximizing Yield.” This reflects his core belief in the power of teamwork and synergy. The company’s philosophy emphasizes a humanistic approach, work-life balance, and relentless passion. Peter is dedicated to assisting business entrepreneurs in developing and customizing strategies that align with their unique business nature, aiming for a balanced and fulfilling professional and personal life.
